As a diversified general construction firm, its company operations
encompass a wide scope of services ranging from a public construction arm with bonding
capacity in excess of $150 million to a residential investment arm dedicated to acquiring
and managing apartments and housing throughout the Tri-State region.
Functioning as a GC/CM-at-Risk, Chanrees public construction arm
primarily engages in school and municipal construction. It is singularly committed to

Chanrees residential investment arm remains steadfastly committed to its core
fundamentals of valuation, acquisition, and management. Its opportunistic strategy
consists of identifying undervalued and mismanaged investment properties, performing a
rigorous due diligence, and subsequently utilizing its construction expertise to add value
and increase risk-adjusted return.
Chanree is also committed to finding and implementing sustainable and energy efficient
building solutions throughout the construction process. The recently completed Life Long
Learning Center in Sayreville, New Jersey has become the first public school in the state
to achieve a LEED Platinum certification. It is presently ranked one of the top twenty
most energy efficient schools in the country. Accommodating 175 autistic and disabled
children from the ages of 3 to 21, it also contains an interior garden and nature trail on
its 28-acre site.
